terrible odor small room
The staff helped accommodate a large dinner group when I arrived on a busy Thursday. I thought the atmosphere in the bar was fine.
My room had a terrible odor. I think a wet patch in the carpet at the door caused it. The window did not open. It prevented fresh air from circulating. I found the allocated room far too small.

wonderful stay at broughty ferry
warm welcome bar offering nice breakfast
I found the staff very friendly, they provided a warm welcome when i arrived. the bar had a good offering, it. breakfast was especially nice. I was really happy with the service!
The room was very basic. Lightbulbs in some areas were not working, a minor inconvenience. the bathroom door had holes. I hope they fix it.

superb stay!
friendly staff special occasion great setup
i travelled with friends and family for my surprise 69th birthday!!! the staff were awesome, really making it a special occasion. they had a great setup for meals, including a restaurant pub combo.
i think we might have been above the bar and it was very noisy on my first night. a lot of banging came from somewhere, and it continued until 11.30 pm. the second night was okay though.

The room was super clean and of a good size. The staff were very attentive. The location is great, central to many amenities.
The breakfast had issues. The key card did not work on the door. This happened a lot on Sunday morning.
